Forelinx Parlays: 2021 Masters Tournament

Official Rules for the Grand Prize Giveaway of $10,000 in Cash!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Forelinx will be offering a $10,000 Grand Prize to the first Forelinx Parlays contestant who can correctly pick the winner of all eighteen (18) matchups available across the six (6) Forelinx Parlays that will be featured on each day of the Masters Tournament.

Should no contestant correctly pick all eighteen matchups during the First Round, the Grand Prize will be rolled over to the following day's Second Round where eighteen more matchups will be made available. Should no contestant correctly pick all eighteen matchups during the Second Round, the Grand Prize will be rolled over to Saturday's Third Round and (if necessary) Sunday's Final Round.

Here are the Official Rules that will govern this Grand Prize giveaway:

1.              Forelinx will conduct the contest described above during the course of the 2021 Masters Tournament (4/8/21 to 4/11/21)  for a chance to win the Grand Prize of $10,000.00 in cash.

2.              The contest will be made available for entry on Forelinx.Com beginning on 4/3/2021. Each contestant will be required to submit a paid entry into all six (6) available parlays each of which contains three (3) head-to-head matchups of players participating in the Masters Tournament. In each of those entries, the contestant will need to select which of the two players in each matchup will return the lowest eighteen hole score for the proscribed Masters Tournament day.

3.              The contest will be limited to the first five hundred (500) valid entries on each day as determined by the time stamps on their entries. In the case that more than five hundred (500) valid entries are submitted for a particular day, additional Forelinx Parlays entries will be eligible to win Forelinx Points in the manner they are usually awarded for the Forelinx Parlays game, but those entries will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.

4.              A valid "entry", for the purposes of the Grand Prize promotion, will be defined as the successful submission of three (3) picks each for all six (6) Forelinx Parlays made available on each Masters Tournament day. Contestants may not enter multiple picks for the same parlay and any contest entrant found to have submitted multiple picks for the same parlay will be disqualified from the Grand Prize promotion.

5.              Upon the completion of each day of the Masters Tournament, the first 500 valid entries will be compared against the actual winners of the eighteen (18) head-to-head matchups for the proscribed day at the Masters Tournament.  A Grand Prize winner will be declared ONLY if one or more of the first 500 valid entries have exactly predicted the winners of all (18) head-to-head matchups at the Masters Tournament for that day.  If none of the first 500 valid entries exactly matches the winners of all (18) head-to-head matchups at the Masters Tournament for that day, no grand prize will be awarded on that tournament date.  In the event of multiple winners, the cash value of the grand prize will be split evenly among all winning contestants.

6.              In the event of a tie between golfers in any individual matchup, the following criteria will be used to establish a winner between the two tied golfers in that particular matchup:

a)              The golfer with the lowest score on Hole #18 will be considered the winner.

b)              If the golfers are still tied after Hole #18, the scores will be compared on Hole #17 to determine a winner;

c)              The process will continue to go back one hole until a winner is determined.

7.              The process for settling ties in individual matchups described above applies exclusively to the awarding of the Grand Prize and does not change the usual policies/procedures for how tied Parlays are paid by Forelinx.

8.              If there is a Grand Prize winner, the winner must make themselves available to Forelinx at a mutually agreeable date and time at least two weeks prior to the delivery of the grand prize.

9.              The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older with a valid driver’s license.  Employees of Forelinx and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win.  The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

10.              The winner of the Grand Prize will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded.  He/she will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present to Forelinx a completed W9 Form before claiming your prize.

11.              The Grand Prize winner acknowledges that Forelinx has the right to, without further authorization, publicize their name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that they are the Grand Prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

12.          There will be no substitution or cash alternatives for prizes.  Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable.  Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Forelinx.  Another winner will not be selected.

13.            Forelinx reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time.  Forelinx also reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates without notice.

14.            The decision of Forelinx management in the interpretation of these rules is final.  By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.

14.            If the winner is found in violation of the rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

15.          Forelinx their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

16.          Forelinx and the contest Sponsor reserve the right to terminate the promotion for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct, technical failures or other causes destroy or threaten the integrity of the promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event the promotion is terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize only for a valid and eligible prize claim submitted up to such termination.

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules.
