The Honda Classic: Tournament Pick Em'
------------------------------------------------------------
Group A: Fowler / Berger / Scott / Woodland* / Westwood / Im
This is an unusually weak Group A, but we're going to ride the hot hand and take the runner-up from the last two weeks in Lee Westwood. It's another tough golf course and that's been right up his alley over the course of this Florida swing.
Note: Gary Woodland has tested positive for COVID-19 and has withdrawn from the field this week.
Group B: McNealy / Redman / Straka / Rodgers / Wu / Ghim
This is a difficult group of young players, but Maverick McNealy has thus far shown the most promise of these six kids.
Group C: Stenson / McDowell / Lowry / Poulter / Harrington / Kaymer
This group of past and future European Ryder Cup stars is a challenge as none of them are playing particularly well right now. Accordingly, we're going to go with Shane Lowry who has a solid short game, finished in the top-ten last week at the PLAYERS Championship and generally has more success on tough golf courses like PGA National.
Group D: Villegas / Schwartzel / Ishikawa / Niemann / Vegas / Sabbatini
While there are some fun names in this group, we think that Joaquin Niemann is an absolute no-brainer pick here.
Group E: Cink / Moore / Holmes / Perez / Streelman / Glover
Stewart Cink seems like a pretty good fit for this golf course, but this group is a crapshoot of over-the-hill veteran players whose prime is well in the rear view mirror.
Group F: Furyk / Johnson / Mickelson / Singh / Stricker / Donald
This is a fun group of players from our youth and a case can probably be made to pick Furyk, but we've seen enough good golf out of Steve Stricker lately that we're going to be taking the Ryder Cup captain this week.
Forelinx DFS: Parlay of the Week
----------------------------------------------------
Leg One: Martin Kaymer (-110) OVER Henrik Stenson (-120)
This one could go either way, but we're totally spooked by the 85 that Stenson shot at the PLAYERS Championship and so we're going to go with Martin Kaymer.
Leg Two: Ian Poulter (-125) OVER Graeme McDowell (-105)
Neither of these guys has been playing particularly well, but Ian Poulter seems a lot closer to the best version of himself than Graeme McDowell does.
Leg Three: Shane Lowry (+120) OVER Lee Westwood (-155)
This is a really tough one as Westwood would be an obvious choice if this were an even-money matchup, but we think that -155 is just a shade too high and so we're going with Shane Lowry.
